Our Office The office is run by our Office Manager, who assists Bryan in coordinating all of the subcontracting work, along with her regular office duties. Managing such a busy office environment is no simple task, but she possesses the poise and skills to insure that everything always runs smoothly. Bryan is always available to meet with clients. Our office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 4:00pm (excluding National Holidays).

Our President The President of Bryan Zecher Construction is it's founder, Bryan Zecher. Bryan has more than twenty years in the construction business, and represents the second generation of builders in his family. Bryan has a wife of fifteen years, Missy, and two sons, Christian and Jacob. Although Bryan Zecher Construction has been in business since 1992, Bryan credits Missy for helping to mold the business into the success it is, and enjoy the solid reputation in the community that it currently possesses today. We feel confident in asserting that there is no one in the north central Florida area who will do a better job of building your new custom home than we will. No one will do a better job of working one-on-one with you throughout the project -- to insure that your home is executed to your exact specifications -- than us.
